TAPA 2025 Concludes Successfully, Cementing Thailand’s Role as a Global Auto Parts Hub

The Thailand International Auto Parts and Accessories Show 2025 (TAPA 2025), held from 3–5 April at BITEC Bangkok, has wrapped up with resounding success. Organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with key industry associations, the three-day event proved to be a vibrant platform for trade, innovation, and global business networking.

Under the theme “Sustainable for the Future,” TAPA 2025 hosted over 600 exhibitors from 11 countries and economies including Thailand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Spanning 20,000+ square meters at Halls EH101–104, the event drew thousands of trade visitors and buyers from around the world, showcasing Thailand’s ever-growing strength in automotive parts, components, and accessories.

A Dynamic Trade and Knowledge Exchange Platform The show featured a wide range of auto parts, accessories, components, and supporting technologies. The Product Highlight Zone offered attendees a firsthand look at cutting-edge innovations and sustainable solutions driving the future of mobility.

    Strengthening Thailand’s Global Footprint

    Ms. Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the DITP, stated that in 2024 alone, Thailand exported approximately USD 15.5 billion worth of automotive parts and accessories—5.15% of its total exports. Major destinations include the US, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, and Indonesia, along with emerging markets in Latin America and the Middle East.

    TAPA remains a central element of the DITP’s strategy to promote Thai manufacturers on the global stage, alongside initiatives such as trade delegations and international show participation.

    With high participation and enthusiasm from global players, TAPA 2025 once again confirmed its status as a premier auto parts sourcing event in the ASEAN region. The event continues to bridge Thai innovation with global demand and paves the way toward a more sustainable and interconnected automotive industry.
